Mandrix is a founder-led online Chinese learning brand operated by Jane Chen. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the website, complete the free AI level check, submit a booking form, or communicate with Mandrix.

Mandrix collects only the information needed to diagnose learning needs, respond to inquiries, verify paid bookings, schedule lessons, deliver online classes, send reports, and improve the website experience.

Information We Collect

When you submit a booking form, we may collect your name, email address, WeChat or WhatsApp contact, country or region, time zone, Chinese level, selected course, preferred lesson time, payment reference, learning goals, and optional notes.

When you complete the free AI level check, we may collect your email address, learning goal, background, answer choices, written sample, and optional short voice sample. Optional voice samples are used only for diagnostic review, transcription, analysis, and email delivery; they are not stored as public website files.

When you browse the website, we may collect non-sensitive analytics data such as page views, referral source, language, device type, approximate country from hosting headers, and booking button interactions. Analytics does not intentionally collect names, emails, or payment card details.

AI Level Check and Voice Samples

The free AI level check is an initial educational assessment, not an official exam result. Answers, written samples, and optional audio may be processed with AI tools and reviewed by Jane to generate a diagnostic report, identify likely blockers, and recommend a Mandrix learning path.

If you submit a voice sample, it may be attached to the report email or used for pronunciation, fluency, pause, and sentence-level review. Mandrix does not publish student voice samples or use them for public marketing without separate permission.

Payment Information

Payments are handled through PayPal Business checkout or other approved payment providers shown on the website. Mandrix does not collect or store payment card numbers. We may store a PayPal order ID, payer email, payment reference, course name, amount, and booking record to confirm that a paid booking matches the correct student and course.

How We Use Information

We use your information to process bookings, verify payment, send class confirmations, deliver meeting links, provide course recommendations, respond to messages, maintain lesson records, and understand which pages or courses are most useful to visitors.

Service Providers

Mandrix does not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, PayPal, OpenAI or other AI providers, Telegram, WhatsApp, email providers, and video meeting tools to operate the website, store booking records, process diagnostic answers or optional audio, send notifications, and communicate with students.

Data Retention

Booking and lesson information may be kept as long as needed for scheduling, student support, record keeping, and legitimate business operations. You may request deletion or correction by emailing Jane.Mandrix@outlook.com.

Voice samples submitted through the free level check are sent by email for review and are not saved in Mandrix website storage. You may request deletion of related email records by contacting Mandrix.

International Visitors

Mandrix serves adult learners in different countries. Your information may be processed through international cloud, email, payment, AI, and communication providers depending on the tools used to deliver the website and lessons.

Your Choices

You may contact Mandrix to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, Mandrix will make reasonable efforts to respond according to applicable requirements.
